What are Priority and Priority+ memberships?
Priority and Priority+ memberships let you pay a flat monthly fee instead of per session for certain services at One Love.
With a Priority membership, you pay $97/month and get all your Court Reservations and Open Play sessions included.
With a Priority+ membership, you pay $127/month and get all your Court Reservations, Open Play sessions PLUS Match Play sessions included.
Limited introductory pricing currently available. Rates are expected to increase for new signups.
What’s the difference between Priority and Priority+?
Both Priority and Priority+ memberships include all Court Reservations and Open Play sessions. The difference is that Priority+ also includes all Match Play sessions. With a standard Priority membership, Match Play sessions remain $18/session.
What happens to my Advanced Booking if I switch?
Your Advanced Booking window stays the same as it is right now:
Plan 04 = 4 days
Plan 07 = 7 days
Plan 14 = 14 days
What happens to my annual membership fee if I switch?
Plan 04: You’ll receive an account credit for any unused time, and no annual fee will bill going forward. You'll continue to have 4 day advanced booking.
Plan 07: Your annual fee stays the same as it is currently, and will continue to bill on an annual basis. You'll continue to have 7 day advanced booking.
Plan 14: Your annual fee stays the same as it is currently, and will continue to bill on an annual basis. You'll continue to have 14 day advanced booking.
Do I have to switch to a Priority membership?
No.
Current Plan 04 / 07 / 14 memberships remain active and continue to work the same way they do today.
Switching just enables you to pay a flat monthly fee instead of per session for certain services at One Love.
When does the billing start for a Priority membership?
Your monthly billing begins when your membership switch is processed.
How do I switch to a Priority membership?
To request a switch:
